		<description>In advertising (which I work in -- forgive me) -- this tactic is called offensive.  When you have nothing to speak positive about your product or service -- you attempt to bring all fear and negativity out on the competition.  So they seem to be the leader - to come out on top.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It&#039;s similar to the Burger King and McDonald&#039;s campaigns.</description>
