If you do a bit of research you will be able to conclude that Javier Solana is, in fact, the prime candidate for the antichrist. He was raised to power by WEU(10 Nation military alliance) recommendation 666, he subdued France, UK and the Netherlands as he rose to power and while France was in presidency over the EU, it adopted WEU recommendation 666 creating the new position of “Supreme Foreign Minister” for Solana. The EU has just experienced a high coup so-to-speak and they do not even know it yet. His name means “Savior and Sunshine” and when applied to the Hebrew alphanumerics=666 – mans number. He has full control over all of europe and his covenant with many starts Jan 1 2007 on the EU 7 year budget cycle.aka-European neighborhood policy Instrument.
