		<description>After reading this post, I wonder what percentage of the American public knows how many prisoners we&#039;ve stowed away.  If we didn&#039;t have an effective breeding ground for terrorists before, we do now.  I don&#039;t think anyone can argue that the number of terrorists in the world hasn&#039;t gone up dramatically since the U.S. invasion of Iraq and Afganistan.</description>
