Any practice or policy which denies those who are struggling to rebuild their lives not only flies in the face of this principle, it is inhumane and unjust. America is supposed to be a land of opportunity for the down-trodden, not a place where the "Haves" enrich themselves on the backs of the "Have Nots"!
