Here's how you do it. While you are editing your post, select the text that you want to link, then (in Blogger) click on the third little icon across the top of the edit area (it's a little chain over a globe - link, get it?). A window will pop up asking for the url. In another browser window, go to the blog you want to link. Right-click on the headline of the post you want and copy the link location, then paste it in that box - or you can just click on the headline to go to the permanent link location and cut and paste from the navigation bar. 

If you've done it right, it should look something like this:

&lt;textarea rows="3" cols="78"&gt;wow this is a really &lt;a href="http://www.virushead.net/vhrandom/2006/01/23/progressive-faith-bloggers/"&gt; great link&lt;/a&gt; and bla bla bla&lt;/textarea&gt;
