Round-trip for Chicken?

Oh, this is such a bad idea.
A new government rule will soon allow American chicken meat to be exported to China to be processed, then shipped back to be eaten by American consumers.

Almost reminds me of when our government were building our Whitehouse in Canberra and they wanted marble in it - then then got local quarried marble, shipped it off to italy to be cut and polished, then bought it back off the Italians and shipped back to Australia - again, at a heavy markup by the Italains.
