NSA eavesdropping program ruled unconstitutional
Judge orders immediate halt to program
YES! Finally!
A federal judge ruled Thursday that the government’s warrantless wiretapping program is unconstitutional and ordered an immediate halt to it.
U.S. District Judge Anna Diggs Taylor in Detroit became the first judge to strike down the National Security Agency’s program, which she says violates the rights to free speech and privacy.
“It was never the intent of the Framers to give the President such unfettered control, particularly where his actions blatantly disregard the parameters clearly enumerated in the Bill of Rights.”
We must first note that the Office of the Chief Executive has itself been created, with its powers, by the Constitution. There are no hereditary Kings in America and no power not created by the Constitution.
So what now?

Actually, what’s next is hoping everyone else that this goes to including the Supreme Court agrees. That’s going to be the hard part.

Does that mean no more internet ?… Or, does it just make the internet it less, obnoxiously and stereotypically entertaining ?
Does anyone know if U.S. District Judge Anna Diggs Taylor has a ruling on the Patriot Act ?
