On the one hand, they were forcing her to have the abortion, on the other hand, it had nothing to do with the fact that the baby was to be multi-racial. The family was more concerned with the fact that their daughter was pregnant at such a young age, with college ahead of her. They were more concerned that it would limit her chances to get a complete education... The Media made the father's race an issue... I don't agree with them forcing her to have the abortion, but the media was trying to make more out of it than it already was....
