It's easy to see how the way the "Organization" is set up can lead to many many pitfalls for VICTIMS. I have lived with my disfellowshipping for over 8 years now and although I don't have alot of answers I truly realize how the "Organization" doesn't either. Some who read this will say, " They never claimed to have all the answers" True, but they do claim to be the only "True" religion. They have the exact same problems as any other religion, and have wrong teachings just like other religions, although they'll never admit it. Sounds like a double standard, two-faced or better yet... hypocrites. Simply amazing to me how the very thing preached and taught so vehemently can go ignored.
