Woo-hoo! It’s my favorite day of the year!
Fall-back, fall-back, it’s the time for fall-back!
Finally.
I’m not a morning gal. My natural rhythm would have me awake until about 2 a.m. and sleeping until 10 a.m. Moms don’t get to do that.
Still, my morning routine is streamlined to take advantage of every possible minute more of sleep. Clothes are laid out the night before, and all the rest.
I can get ready to go in 20 minutes flat, 10 if I don’t need to take a shower. And that includes feeding Ben some breakfast.
As long as I have a cuppa coffee right away, I’m golden.
I woke up on my own this morning at about 8 a.m. That’s sleeping pretty late, since it’s when Ben has to be sitting at his desk on a weekday.
But it was only 7 a.m.!

Kinda puts a glisten on the whole day.

I totally forgot it was “Fall Back” time, so when I woke up on Sunday morning, I was slightly disoriented for a while. My watch said one time, some of the automatic clocks said something else, and still more were all over the place. I felt like I was in a Time Warp. Or the Journeyman.
Now I’m just counting the days until we Spring Forward again.
