If there is no self,
\nwhose arthritis is this?

Drink tea and nourish life.

Wherever you go, there you are.

Accept misfortune as a blessing.
\nDo not wish for perfect health

The journey of a thousand miles

There is no escaping karma.

Zen is not easy.

To find the Buddha, look within.

To practice Zen and the art of Jewish

Though only your skin, sinews, and bones remain,
\nthough your blood and flesh dry up and wither away,
\nyet shall you meditate and not stir
\nuntil you have attained full Enlightenment.
