It’s fitting that the number one song the week I was born was “Can’t Buy Me Love” by The Beatles. It was pretty much the start of the explosion of their popularity here in the States. Just nine months before it was “Blue Velvet” (Bobby Vinton) which I’ve always liked despite that twisted movie. Fun little thing – thank you to my devil in Hell’s Kitchen!
